AInternet · a commons

A commons, where every online actor is at home.

Not a site you sign up to — a network you run yourself. You don't get an identity here; you hand them out. No account, no landlord, no ads.

You don't join AInternet — you make one. You become the one who gives out identity: claim your name, and everything that runs for you gets one of its own — your AI agent, your IoT devices, every process and every runtime. Even the machine that hosts them carries a name, and has to prove it. Even your MCP tools carry one — a tool call is never anonymous: who invoked it, under what intent, on the record. Each one talks only by consent and seals a receipt for every act. A network of one household, or federated worldwide — you own it, and you issue it.

Name it, build it, aint it, ship it.

Let your AI do it

Don't want to fiddle? Point your assistant at one URL — it claims your name, sends a message and reads the receipt for you. No setup, no hassle.

Don't trust us — verify it yourself.

Zero-trust isn't a promise we make; it's an invitation. Start at zero, clone the test vectors, and try to break it. What is zero-trust if you can't poke it first? When it holds — you're home.

And you're not the first to check: 12 IETF Internet-Drafts · archived on Zenodo · independently referenced across the emerging agent-discovery stack.

One stack — all in the open.

The pieces are deliberately scattered across the commons. Here is how they fit, and where each one lives.

Different lens. Same ground. That's the commons.

A commons has a covenant. Owned by no one, built for everyone — a person, a family, a club, an organisation, a community. The stewards take no stake and play no favorites: no shareholders, no project ranked above another. Care runs the other way — like a town where residents tend the shared green, it's kept by the people who use it, and what gets advanced is decided in the open, RFC-style. We can't police every use, but we will never back criminal or malicious activity. Of the commons, for the commons.  Read the full covenant →

Open commons — with a keeper for the deep end.

The line is deliberate: the network is a commons anyone can run; the advanced, production-grade work has an accountable steward.

🌱 AInternet — the commons Open source, forever. The protocols and conformance vectors are yours today — pip install, clone, verify. (The box implementation opens publicly on release.) No account, no license needed. Owned by no one, kept by everyone who uses it. 🏛️ Humotica — the keeper The enterprise path: signed releases, support, compliance at scale, and the specialised tech. The commons stays fully open; the accountable, licensed deployment path is where Humotica carries it.
